Specialist Notes:


Users can cancel their enrollment up to 10 business days prior to the course start date. After this, they will be liable for the full course fee. Another employee can be substituted for the place in the training - gather the other employee's name and email and escalate.


If the cancellation window is open, users can cancel using the option at the site. They will receive a refund within 7-10 business days.


Standard Response:


Unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule the session as there isn't way to transfer the training to a new date with the funds following. You may, however, cancel the current session in which you are enrolled and re-register for a new session.

To cancel your session, please do the following:

1. Log onto your account and locate the session by navigating to Current Training
2. You should see a drop-down that allows you to cancel the session. (If the cancellation option is greyed out, please let me know so that I may create a ticket for further assistance.)
3. The session should now be canceled, and you will receive a 100% refund returning to your form of payment within 7-10 business days.

If you wish to re-enroll in a new session, you may locate the new session in the catalog. Please note that you will have to check out by using your credit card again in order to reserve your spot.
