An admin can add access to a second domain to a user’s profile instead of switching them from one to another. As a result, some user profiles show more than one domain.
In these cases, the user can access both domains and view training from both.
IMPORTANT! It is not recommended to do this with one account that is SSO and one that is not, but in those cases, SSO credentials should be used to log in to non-SSO |
