Please be aware that there is no set timeframe for deletion of dormant or unused accounts. JCI admin will occasionally do what they call a sweep and manually deactivate these accounts to keep their total number of active accounts.

If users ask about the timeframe for account deletion if they do not log in, explain that accounts may be deactivated if they are dormant for 60-90 days.
